		<description>As he says: &quot;I used to program ten different languages very well.&quot;. That is the take home message for all scientists. Just producing a running program does *not* make you to a &#039;software engineer&#039; and &#039;algorithm developer&#039;. There is science behind developing fast, correct, and re-usable programs.

The programming itself is like being able to read/write, or holding a pipette and a flask. That is the basics. The question is rather where to go from there.</description>
