What happened?
Misc November 22nd, 2007I thought that EPL was the best league in the world. Being the best, England should have the best players, thus the best national team. I was wrong. They will always have 2012 to try.
I think everything can be summarized with this article: ” Americans Vote Barclays English Premier League Best Soccer League in the World”. Oh, irony.

I think this can be expanded to any European national team, but especially Spain and England are the ones that “suffer” most with these kind of things. Hyped national players that don’t play that well and a huge number of “foreigners”, either from the EC or not, that take the place of young talents that cannot play. France and Italy do not seem to suffer that much, at least for now.
